Take thick curd and hang for 2-3 hours.
Assemble ingredients - 2
Whisk Hung Curd and keep aside.

Add milk powder, and sugar to milk and put under medium flame, add cardamom also.
Give a rolling boil and reduce to half of the original quantity by stirring continuously under low to medium flame. - 4
Grease bowl / mould with ghee and keep aside
Let the milk cool down to lukewarm.
Discard cardamom. - 5
Now add whisked curd into the milk mixture and mix nicely.
Transfer the whole milk curd mixture into a greased bowl and put it to the steamer by adding 2-3 cups of water and steam for 15 20 minutes. Do seal the bowl with aluminum foil. - 6
After it steamed, let it cool down completely and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

De mold from the bowl and serve by decorating with almonds or any dry fruits of your preference.
