Steps

Soak green gram for abt 4-5 hours.
Drain excess water and grind moong as mentioned
And make paste. Make sure that paste not be more smooth. - 2
Heat oil in a pan, add musted seeds once it crakle, Add curry leaves, ginger and red chilies powder,turmaric powder, green chillies finey chopped and saute for a minute. Now add the green moong dal paste and stirt for 2-3 minutes. Keep a side at cool place.(dont put dis in fridge)

Now Chop finely onion and put into a bowl han add green gram paste masala, Crush boiled potatoes and mix it well.

Now Add garam masala, sandwich masala, coconut, salt, lemon juice,coriander, cheese, green chillies paste and mix well and mashing slightly.

Apply butter and coriander-mint chutney on all the bread slices.

Now Take a spoonful of the topping and spread it evenly on one side of the bread slice with a spoon.and cover them with the remaining slice.Now Apply a little butter on outer sides of the sandwiches

Now Grease a sandwich toaster with butter or oil or ghee, place a sandwich in it, close and cook on medium heat, turning sides till both sides are golden.

Cut into 2 triangles, arrange on serving plate, garnish with onion rings and serve hot.
