In this recipe I have swapped Maida to Atta, to make it more healthy.
Steps

In warm water dissolve sugar and add dry yeast. Let it rest for 10-15 mins and ferment. Add salt, oil and fermented yeast to atta. Knead a soft dough using needed water. Cover it and keep it in a warm place and let it rest for 2 hours.

You will notice the rised dough.Take small portion of dough and roll it.

Spread some kalonji and chopped coriander on one side and roll it over. Apply some water on the other side. Heat tawa and place the naan as wet side sticks on tawa. Let it cook for couple of minutes at med. flame

Flip the tawa as sticked naan faces gas flame as shown in pic. Cook naan from this side.

Apply ghee or butter on it and enjoy with sabzi of your choice 😍
