An adventurous twist on two comforting flavors (Pizza+ Teriyaki). A blend of sweet, salty, and savory with a unique punch. This dish is my mom's unique recipe.Please give it a try and hope you enjoy!

Prepare your ingredients. You will need a prepared pizza crust, your toppings, and the sauce materials.

In a saucepan, add Kikkoman teriyaki sauce, (1/2 cup) sugar, and starch. Heat the sauce over medium high heat until thickened.
Adjust sweetness as desired. (If you prefer saltier, leave as is. For a sweeter sauce, add 1/4 cup of sugar.) - 3
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spread the teriyaki sauce over a prepared pizza crust. (you can use a cooked homemade crust, if you'd like.)

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add the onions and mushrooms on top.
Crumble the canned mackerel and top with green onions and more cheese. - 5
Bake the pizza in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Complete! Slice the pizza as desired and serve.
