Ingredients

  1. 1boneless beef chuck roast (about 4 ~ 5 pounds)
  2. Sprinkle black pepper
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder
  4. Sprinkle oregano
  5. Italian bread, mashed potatoes or vegetables

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and pat dry your Chuck roast….

    Season chuck roast on both sides with your ingredients…….

  3. 3

    Place chuck roast in a baking pan and bake, covered, in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour per pound of your meat ……….

  4. 4

    Remove roast from oven and shred with 2 forks ……..

  5. 5

    Raise oven temperature to 400 degrees and place shredded chuck roast back into oven, uncovered, and bake for about 20 ~ 25 minutes more or until you see some of the meat start to caramelize …….

  6. 6

    Serve over your choice of side dish and enjoy 😉!!!!
