Ingredients

5 minutes
1 person
  1. 1/2 cuppancake mix of choice
  2. 1/2 cupmilk or water
  3. Teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1egg
  5. Teaspoonvanilla
  6. Add ins: chocolate chips, blueberries, apple, etc
  7. Optional syrup or other topping

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl

  2. 2

    Add your add ins

  3. 3

    Place in microwave for 2-3.5 minutes until you can take it out, tap the top, and watch it bounce back

  4. 4

    Add syrup or other topping! You can put on plate or eat straight out of the bowl!!!
