2zucchinis
1 packetsaffron
Vegetable broth
Olive oil
2 teaspoonsGrana Padano cheese

Prepare the broth with vegetables. Add the oil to the saucepan and toast the rice.

Add the broth to the rice to cook it; halfway through cooking, add the zucchinis, sliced thinly.

Finally, add the saffron; stir in the grated Grana Padano cheese.
