I’ve made a simple Rasmalai Modak and I’m going to enjoy these on this day of Ganesh Chaturthi. It’s simple and very flavourful
Steps

In a pan add crumpled paneer, milk powder powdered sugar and mix.

Chop walnuts and set aside with saffron strands and dry rose petals
- 3
Bring the pan to low heat and stir until all Paneer, milk powder and powdered sugar are well combined, set aside on a greased plate and cool completely

Add cardamom powder chopped walnuts and dry rose petals and mix well.
- 5
Grease the Modak mould and add few chopped walnuts and few dry rose petals and saffron strands, add the paneer mix, fold the Modak mould and press the filling inside, close with paneer mix and gently demould the Modak mould. Set aside a Rasmalai Modak, finish the batches

Plate on turmeric leaf and enjoy 😊 Ganpati Bappa Morya !
