Ingredients

20 - 30 min
2 people
  1. 1whole catfish (cut and clean)
  2. 1 teaspoonpepper soup spice mix
  3. Teaspoonoil of your choice (veg or palm oil)
  4. 2 cubeseasoning cubes
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Crayfish (optional)
  7. 2 cupswater
  8. Scent leaf a pinch
  9. Chopped yam or plantain

Steps

20 - 30 min
  1. 1

    Place cleaned fish in a pot

  2. 2

    Add in some water

  3. 3

    Set the pot on medium heat

  4. 4

    Add in chopped yam or plantain

  5. 5

    Add in Pepper soup spice mix

  6. 6

    Add in blended Pepper

  7. 7

    Add in crayfish (if you are making use of it)

  8. 8

    Add in salt and seasoning cubes

  9. 9

    Add in scent leaf

  10. 10

    Stir and allow to cook

  11. 11

    Serve with rice, bread, chilled drink, or beer!!
