Onion Garlic Paste: Add the required ingredients and a little water to make a thick paste in a mixer.
Coconut Cashew Paste: Add the required ingredients and 1 cup of water to make a paste in a mixer. In a heavy-bottomed vessel over medium heat heat oil, fry the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add the ginger, cloves and cardamom. Add the curry leaves and chillies and fry. Season with salt. Add the onion and fry until golden brown. - 4
Add onion garlic paste and saute. Add remaining spice powders. Add beans. Add 2 cups water and simmer until the raw smell goes away, 10 minutes. Reduce heat, add coconut cashew paste, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes

Add salt and stir, garnish with coriander leaves. Turn off the stove and enjoy.
TRANSFER TO A SERVING BOWL. Serve with rice, parotta, or chapati
