  • 1 cupmawa (khoya)
  • 1/2 cupsugar powder
  • 1 tbspgreen tutti futti
  • 1 tbspred tutti futti
  • 1 tspkewara essence
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1modak mould

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixie jar.Add cashew and grind to coarse powder form.

    Take a big mixing bowl.Add cashew powder, sugar powder, mawa, tutti futti and kewara essence.

  3. 3

    Mix well properly. Take a modak mould. Grease with ghee. Sprinkle tutti futti. Fill mawa cashew stuffing in modak mould.close it.

    Press bottom it. Remove excess stuffing from mould. Demould it.

    Make all modak. Ready cashew Mawa Modak for Ganeshji's bhog.
