A super Quick recipe for working women . No need to chop , cut . Very healthy . Children will love this . When you are in no mood to cook something elaborate, this is just the right recipe for you. Serve it for breakfast , on the go , brunch or light dinner. You can serve a bowl 🥣 of your favourite soup with it & that' s all is needed .
An Indian version of Italian Pizza , ofcourse a healthy one !!!

Steps

Collect all the ingredients & chop them finely.

Divide the dough into 2 portions. Take 1 portion, roll into a big round chapati with a little dry flour.

Apply melted butter all the 3 inch roti. Place a cheese slice on it. Sprinkle chilli flakes & oregano on the cheese slice.

Fold all the 4 sides(as shown in the pic), to form a square. Roll it in a square paratha.Mix all the ingredients for the toppings & keep aside.

Apply the toppings on 1 side of the paratha.(See pic). Roll a little till the mixture sticks to the paratha.Heat a non - stick tawa. Place the plain side facing downwards on the tawa. Cook on a slow flame.

When the underside is done, flip gently. Cook this side on a slow flame.

Remove in a plate & cut & serve immediately with tomato 🍅 ketchup. Make another paratha the same way.

Note : Adjust the amount of each ingredient of the toppings as per your choice.
