Cooking Instructions

Peel and devein the shrimp, then mix with ginger, scallions, soy sauce, cooking wine, and ground pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain well.

Heat oil in a pan, add the shrimp, and pan-fry until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add a little more oil, then stir-fry the broccoli with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ground pepper for 1 minute.

Return the shrimp to the pan, toss everything together, and serve immediately.
