Scotched Eggs
Best served as a snack or for breakfast.
Steps

Start by boiling 6 eggs in your pot for 12 minutes or until well done.

As the eggs are boiling prepare your 6 sausages by removing each sausage from the casing and place them in a plate.Set aside.

Take a small bowl mix 1/2 cup bread crumbs,1/4 tea spoon cumin powder and coriander powder.Set aside.

Take a small bowl and crack in the remaining 1 PC of egg and mix it using a whisk or a folk.Set aside.

Place your boiled eggs in cold water,for a 2 min.Remove the shell and set aside.

Oil your hands and take your 1 PC of egg,coat it with the 1 PC of sausage.

Repeat the same process to the other boiled eggs.Set aside.

Toss the coated eggs in the bowl with raw eggs.Then dust the coated eggs in breadcrumbs and place them in a plate.

Repeat the same process for all the coated eggs and set aside.

Put oil in a pan heat the oil to medium,cook your coated eggs until golden brown.
