Spring Onion Salad

Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1 bunchspring onion
  2. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 1 tbspsesame oil
  4. 2 tspcaster sugar
  5. 1/2 tspKorean red pepper flakes or powder
  6. 4 tsp rice or white vinegar
  7. 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut thinly the spring onions lengthways, then soak in cold water for around 30 minutes.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together well in a separate bowl.

    Drain the spring onions well and dab with a paper towel to remove the excess water.

  4. 4

    In a larger bowl, add the spring onions and mix in the dressing until well combined. Serve immediately.
