Place the sausage and beans in a suitable saucepan and bring up to heat

Toast the sliced bread and when done spread lashings of butter on each slice. Place the toast on a serving plate.

Divide thee hot sausage and beans equally over each slice of toast

Place the tomatoes alongside and sprinkle a bit of the grated cheese over each dish followed with the parsley

Serve immediately with some fresh orange or a glass of wine if that takes you fancy
