Jaggery Vermicelli Kheer

Assemble ingredients

Heat pan / kadhai, add ghee and allow to melt, add vermicelli and roast till golden yellow. Roast dry fruits also and keep aside.

In pan add milk and allow a boil. Then add jaggery and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes. Milk turns fragrant and thick.

Then add roasted vermicelli and keep stirring. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

Lastly add fry fruits and cook further for around 2 minutes. Dish is done.

Allow to cool and serve after 3-4 hours. Garnish with dry fruits and it is ready to serve.
