This is the easiest fried rice to make on a weeknight, and it tastes exactly like fried rice you’d get at a hibachi restaurant!

Mix your shrimp marinade together, & let it sit for 15 minutes.

Add 2 tbsps butter & 2 cloves garlic to a wok. Scramble your eggs in it. Set aside

Add 2 tbsps butter & 2 cloves garlic to a pan, & cook your shrimp for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside

Add 2 tbsps butter, 4 cloves garlic, white onion, chopped carrots, & green onions to your wok. Sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add your rice, & sauce ingredients (soy sauce, rice vinegar, teriyaki, shaoxing wine, salt, & pepper). Mix it up!
