Ingredients

  • 1 cmilk
  • 6 tbspbutter, melted
  • 1large egg
  • 2 ozplain greek yogurt
  • 4 ozdiced ham
  • 1 tbspchives, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cgrated parmesian
  • 1/2 ccrumbled fetta
  • 2 cflour
  • 3 tspbaking powder

    Preheat the oven to 390 F and grease a muffin tin.

  2. 2

    Whisk the milk, egg, butter, and yogurt together

  3. 3

    Add in all three cheeses, ham, and chives.

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl, stir the flour and baking powder together.

  5. 5

    Add the flour mix to the other ingredients and stir until just mixed. Do not over mix.

  6. 6

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until a cake tester comes out clear.

  7. 7

    Cool for 5 minutes and then remove. Eat immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
