Inspired by a recipe found on an Australian grocery store's site. Updated with US measurements and an adjustment to make them less dry.

Preheat the oven to 390 F and grease a muffin tin.

Whisk the milk, egg, butter, and yogurt together

Add in all three cheeses, ham, and chives.

In a separate bowl, stir the flour and baking powder together.

Add the flour mix to the other ingredients and stir until just mixed. Do not over mix.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until a cake tester comes out clear.

Cool for 5 minutes and then remove. Eat immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
