First cut the fruits into small pieces. Keep inside the fridge for cooling.

Heat a heavy bottom kadai add milk and boi it on low heat till milk reduce half and little thicken then add sugar and cook. In a small bowl add custard powder and 1/2 cup hot milk, mix it well, make sure there are no limps.

Now slowly pour the custard slurry into the boiling milk and stir continuously Until the custard thicken and creamy. Now add vanilla essence, mix it, turn off the flame and stir continuously some times and cool down completely and keep it in fridge for chilled.

Now add chopped fruits into the chilled custard mix it well and serve.

Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fruits and pomegranate pearl. Enjoy !!!
