Take a kadai. Add oil in it. When oil gets heated add mustard seeds. When it gets cracked add cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, asafoetida.

Then add grated giner and chopped boiled potatoes in it. All mix well.

Now add salt, sugar and chopped coriander leaves and mix well together. Tyoharwali simple potato sabji is ready to eat.
