This cheese spread is a thick and intensely flavorful appetizer, with a texture that's perfect for hearty crackers or slices of baguette or just simple slices of bread. Sharp Cheddar cheese is blended with paneer, garlic powder chilli flakes and other ingredients.

1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspOregano
1/3 tsppepper powder
1 tbspmilk if required

Make ingredients ready.

Add all ingredients in a mixie jar and blend smoothly. If needed,add little milk.

Remove the better in the Bowl. Sprinkle a pinch of chilli flakes and oregano on the spread and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Apply on the bread, crackers and enjoy..
