It's so delicious—tender like Galbi, perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor! Pork neck is already tasty when grilled plain, but stir-frying it with soy sauce marinade is another fantastic way to enjoy it. Definitely a special treat!

Make marinade (4T soy sauce, 2T corn syrup, 1T sugar, 1/2T minced garlic, 1T sesame oil, black pepper). If you'd like to add vegetables, include additional soy sauce, corn syrup, and sugar in appropriate amounts.

Cut the pork neck into bite-sized cubes

Mix the pork neck with the marinade and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Prepare vegetables by cutting them into appropriate sizes. You can add any vegetables you like, such as carrots, onions, or broccoli. However, be careful not to add too many vegetables, as it may dilute the flavor.

Stir-fry the green onions over low heat to infuse the oil with their flavor. Be careful not to use high heat, as the green onions can easily burn.

When the aroma of green onions becomes fragrant, add the marinated pork and stir-fry together.

When the pork is about halfway cooked, add the vegetables and continue stir-frying together.

Once the meat is fully cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving. Enjoy!
