Steps
- 1
Turn your pan to high heat and add in about 1 tbsp oil
- 2
Pat the steak dry on both sides with a paper towel. Once smoke starts coming from the pan, place in your steak
- 3
Cook your steak for 2 minutes on each side, you don't need to season the steak as the noodles are salty enough
- 4
Remove the steak and let it rest, turn the heat off, and add in your onions and garlic
- 5
Once the onions are translucent, add in all the seasonings that came with the two packs of noodles and the dry veggies, give everything a good mix
- 6
Turn the heat back to high and add in 3 cups of water
- 7
After the water is boiling add in your noodles
- 8
Cook noodles for 4-5 minutes
- 9
Top with your steak, green onions, chili oil and kimchi
- 10
Enjoy !
