A new, easy, and delicious treat with an amazing taste.

Mix the sugar with the cocoa powder and cinnamon.

Lay out two sheets of phyllo dough, brush with melted ghee or butter, then sprinkle with some of the cinnamon mixture. Roll up tightly.

Brush two more sheets, sprinkle, place the first roll at the edge, and roll up again. Repeat a third time until you use half the package.

Brush a baking pan with ghee or butter and line it with a sheet of phyllo dough to prevent burning. Cut the roll into even pieces and arrange them in the pan.

Repeat with the remaining phyllo and filling, arranging and brushing with the rest of the ghee or butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown.

Prepare the caramel cream by cooking the caramel pudding mix with the milk over heat, stirring until thickened and boiling. Pour over the baked phyllo rolls.

Let the rolls soak up the caramel cream.
