Ingredients

  1. 1whole garlic chopped
  2. 1 pinchSaffron
  3. 3 cupsWhite rice (optional)
  4. 1 canPurefoods Chorizo Bilbao
  5. 1/2kilo Nylon Shells
  6. 1/2kilo Scallops
  7. 8 pcsChicken (mixed parts)
  8. 6 cups(combination of Chicken and seafood stocks)

  1. 1

    In a pan, saute garlic in oil. Add the chorizo bilbao oil as well. Add chicken and water

  2. 2

    Then add scallops and cook till tender

  3. 3

    In a separate pan, cook rice with the stock from the chicken and seafood

  4. 4

    Add a pinch of Saffron

  5. 5

    While rice is finishing up, add shells and chorizo bilbao on top

  6. 6

    Serve in a large platter or parllera

  7. 7

    Best served with white wine
