This was my specialty before. As I was recalling my creativeness, I remember making paella. After years, I finally made it again and to my surprise I still have it. 😀 Our valentine's dinner was made special because of this.

Steps

In a pan, saute garlic in oil. Add the chorizo bilbao oil as well. Add chicken and water

Then add scallops and cook till tender
- 3
In a separate pan, cook rice with the stock from the chicken and seafood
- 4
Add a pinch of Saffron
- 5
While rice is finishing up, add shells and chorizo bilbao on top
- 6
Serve in a large platter or parllera
- 7
Best served with white wine
