Mix together cream of mushroom powder, all purpose flour, ground paprika, and salt and pepper

Crack 1 egg and dip fish into it. Then coat with powdered mixture

In another bowl, mix garlic, melted butter, angels cream, paprika and calamansi
- 4
Fry fish in oil till gold brown
- 5
Cook batter with a little fish coating (coating that was left)
- 6
Garnish fish with green onions
- 7
Servie and enjoy!
