A very special recipe made with all my good energy. This takes time to cook but I assure you... it's all worth the wait. 🥳

After washing thoroughly, boil Beef and Ox tripe in water until very tender. While boiling, add salt and pepper to taste.

After, slice beef and ox tripe into small pieces about 1 1/2 inches. Keep beef stock.

In a big wok or casserole, saute garlic until brownish in color. Add sliced meat and stock.

Add tomato sauce and cook until it boils.

While boiling, add sausages, chorizo bilbao and red bell pepper and olives.

Add 1 can Garbanzos.

Add Cornstarch dilluted in water.

Add sugar, salt and pepper.

Cook until soup has depth in consistency.

Best served with rice or french bread.
