In a pot, parboil the meat for 5 minutes. Pour the water out and thoroughly rinse the meat.

Place the rinsed meat into a Instapot with 6 cups of water, onion, and salt. Pressure cook for 40 minutes or until tender.

Move everything into a large pot and add the veggies (potatoes, corn, cabbage). Add peppercorn and beef bouillon cubes. Simmer for another 20 minutes until veggies are cooked.

Serve and enjoy!
