Ingredients

  1. 3/4Drumstick
  2. 1 tspoon peanut
  3. 4/5 Garlic clove
  4. 1tbs Chickpea flour
  5. 1tbs Red chilli powder
  6. 1tbs turmeric powder
  7. 1 tbsCoriander and cumin powder
  8. 1 tsb garam masala
  9. Tamarind pulp pr taste
  10. Sugar pr taste
  11. 2 tbs oil
  12. Salt pr taste
  13. Coriander for garnish

    Cut the drumsticks into five pieces per drumstick and cut them in half and keep them aside. Now to make the masala, mix garlic, gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, sugar, tamarind pulp and make the cut drumstick.

    Stuff them in the drumsticks and steam them. Then add 2 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, add drumsticks and mix gently. Make sure that the drumsticks do not break. Add the spices that have accumulated while stuffing the drumsticks. Put the vegetables under the drumsticks and add coriander and serve hot.
