Heat your oven at a low temperature then turn it off.

In a bowl add flour water and salt and whisk with a hand whisk for 1 Minute, set aside.

In a small bowl dissolve your yeast and warm water,add your sugar and baking powder to the yeast mixture and add to your batter.

Cover your batter with a cloth and put your batter into the warm turned off oven for 30 minutes. It should be frothy when taken out.

Butter your not stick pan and put on a medium high heat until it is sizzling. Butter your rings, Place them onto the pan.

Pour 1/4 cup batter into each of your rings. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes until bubbles start to form on top of the batter.

Turn down the heat to medium and cook for a further 1 minute.

Remove the rings you may need a knife to go around them so they release.

Flip and cook the other size for 20-30 seconds.

Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
