  • 2 slicesrustic country bread (this one is from Castillo de las Guardas, Seville)
  • 4 slicespork loin cold cut (cochinitos)
  • 4 slicestomato
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper for the tomatoes

    In a skillet with a few drops of olive oil, quickly sear the pork loin slices on both sides. (They cook very fast.)

    Place the two slices of bread on a plate. Drizzle with a little olive oil (optional), add the tomato slices, and season with salt and pepper.
