Soyabean Ladoo is a delicious and nutritious Indian sweet made from roasted soyabean flour, jaggery, and ghee, offering a rich flavor and health benefits.
Anyway, India is famous for laddoos, many types of laddoos are made. These include Boondi laddu, gram flour laddu, wheat flour laddu, rava laddu and even dry fruits. When jaggery and nuts are added to soybean flour laddu, it becomes even healthier and tastier.

Anyway, India is famous for laddoos, many types of laddoos are made. These include Boondi laddu, gram flour laddu, wheat flour laddu, rava laddu and even dry fruits. When jaggery and nuts are added to soybean flour laddu, it becomes even healthier and tastier.

Take out soya flour and wheat flour.

Heat a pan on medium flame and add 1 tsp ghee in it, then roast dry fruits like walnuts, cashews, almonds etc. till they turn light golden.Take them out and keep them aside.

Chop all the dry fruits finely. Keep pistachios finely chopped separately.

Heat a pan and add some ghee to it. When the ghee melts, add both the flours and roast the flour on medium flame while stirring continuously with a spoon.

After 5 minutes, add some more ghee. Roast the flour until it becomes light brown and a good aroma comes out.

Grind the jaggery powder in a mixer and knead it.

When the dough is lukewarm, add jaggery to it and mix it well. Add dry fruits and crushed cardamom and mix. Mix well with your hand. The mixture is ready to make laddus.

Grease your hands with some ghee and then take some mixture in your hand. Now press it with both hands and make round laddus.

Soyabean flour laddus are ready.

Ladoos made from soyabean can be stored and eaten up to 1-2 months.
