Take all ingrediant

Take raw mango and peel it and cut into slices,then cook then in cooker take one one whistle.

Take cook raw mango,grated coconut, coriander, garlic cloves, ginger, cumin seeds,termaric powder in a mixer jar and grind it to make fine paste.

Now take one pan add in it oil when heated add muster seeds after they cracks add chopped garlic fry it for 1 minute then add cumin seed, curry leaves, asafoetida, after this add above paste in it and cook it stirring for 5/6 minutes. Then add 2 cup boiling water,then add salt and boil curry for 2/3 minutes. Raw mango kadhi or Kairi sar is ready.

Raw mango kadhi or kairi sar is ready to served.Served it with rice.
