Wash & wipe mango it should dry ; peel it & grate it.

Take a Microwave safe bowl put grated mango 🥭 + jaggery + pinch of salt. Keep aside for 20 minutes till jaggery melts

Stir it & keep in microwave for 2 min remove it & stir it add spices & again microwave for 1: 30 minutes remove it & stir it once

Now add almonds + pistachio + cardamom powder & saffron stir it & again microwave it for 1 minute remove & let it cool completely & fill in strarlized jar

Enjoy with paratha / thepla / dal rice / khakhara

Note.. it’s depends on microwave power may be little more minutes; last when you remove & after little cooling pour 1 drop on plate & wait for some time & check it should not move fast
