5 spoonpumpkin seed
2red apple
2 spoonsunflower seed
1/2 spoonlemon juice
1/2 spoonsalt
1/2 spooncumin powder
1/2 spoonBrown sugar

Chop apples. Mix all ingredients together gently. Either serve or have it.you can store upto a week by adding lemon juice, it wont turn brown.
