Place all of the dough ingredients into your mixing bowl. Mix it on medium speed for 10 to 15 minutes or until it starts to form a dough and it is elastic in texture. Remove it from the mixer and divide it into 5-6 pieces and roll it in a ball and place it in your greased tray. Spray some oil all over the dough and place it in a plastic or cover the tray with plastic making sure that they are fully covered.

Place the dough in the fridge for at least overnight. For better result, you can leave the dough in the fridge for 3-5 days. The longer you leave it, the better the texture will be for your pizza. You can make these ahead of time or if you are using this for business, you can make several batches and just take it out of the fridge when you need it.

When you are ready to make your pizza, make your sauce by combining all the sauce ingredients together. Shape your dough to about 10 inches and put the sauce all over the dough leaving a small space at the edge for the crust. Add your choice of cheese on top of the sauce. That is the basic ingredient.

At this point, you can now add the toppings that you need to complete your pizza. Baking a homemade pizza in a regular oven typically takes between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the oven temperature, crust thickness, and desired level of crispiness. A thinner crust may bake in 10-15 minutes at 400°F or 8-12 minutes at 450°F, while a thicker crust may take 18-25 minutes at 400°F or 14-20 minutes at 450°F.
