Ingredients

20 pieces
  • 1/2 cupcoarsely ground pistachios
  • 1 cupalmond flour
  • 1 1/2 cupsdigestive biscuit crumbs
  • 200 gcondensed milk
  • 1 tbsppistachio butter
  • 1 tbspslivered pistachios
  • 1/2 cupwhite chocolate

Steps

    In a large bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs, ground pistachios, almond flour, and condensed milk. Mix until it forms a soft, pliable dough.

    Shape the dough into small logs or rolls.

    Brush the tops with pistachio butter and sprinkle slivered pistachios over them.

    Using a straw or the handle of a rolling pin, gently press down the center of each roll to create a tunnel-like indent.

    Melt the white chocolate, stir in a little pistachio butter, and mix until smooth.

    Fill the indentations with the white chocolate mixture. Sprinkle more chopped pistachios on top and drizzle with extra chocolate if desired.

    Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

    Slice diagonally and enjoy!

Tips

For an extra treat, use leftover chocolate to make little discs and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.

Hi all, my name is Rekha. I am Indian by birth, born in Uganda, East Africa, I now live in Wilby, Northamptonshire/England.I retired at the age of 60 due to severe arthritis. I am married, a mother and grandmother.I learnt to cook from my parents at a very young age of seven. I started to cook simple dishes for the family and gradually learnt how to cook. My mum use to cook at our shop where we sold Indian sweets and savouries. I have learnt a lot from my mum. I started cooking fusion dishes and learning from others. My strong point is making sweet dishes and innovating new dishes. I can improvise and be creative in leftover dishes.I love being on Cookpad because I can share and learn new recipes. I have also made a lot of friends.
