  • 1 cupFresh coconut (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/4 cupKokum juice(soaked dry kokam into hot water)
  • 1 tspGarlic (grated)
  • 1 tspGinger(grated)
  • 1Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1small Beetroot (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander leaves (finely chopped)

    Grind soaked kokum with 1/4 cup water and strain.

    Blend coconut, beetroot,green chilli, ginger, garlic,salt, roasted cumin,chaat masala and kokum juice.Add 1 cup chilled water and blend.Strain.

    Pour this solkadhi in a matki and garnish it with coriander leaves.
