Slice your onions long and fry in oil until golden brown

Add in your chicken, ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds. Cook until white

Add 1/2 tinned tomatoe and the above seasoning and mix

Let this cook for about 10mins. Then add some water to cover it. Add a lid and let this cook for 7-10mins.

Remove lid, increase the heat and keep mixing until water evaporates and you see some oil.

It’ll take about 25-30mins for it to fully cook. Keep checking the chicken, when it’s soft it’s cooked.

Add garam masala, some butter, green chillis and Corriander leaves
