Here, I prepared Cucumber Peanuts salad which can be eat in vrat or fasting. This is Gujarati style salad, very well-known as Khaman Kakdi ( shredded cucumber).

  • 1 cupshredded cucumbers
  • 1/2 cuproasted crushed peanuts
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspchopped green chilli
  • 1 tspchopped ginger
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 tspchopped coriander
  • Salt to taste

    Keep ready shredded cucumber and roasted crushed peanuts. In a mixing bowl, add cucumber and peanuts.

    Add salt, sugar, green chilli, ginger, black pepper powder, and lemon juice. Combine well.

    Add fresh coriander. It's ready to serve. Enjoy.

At the age of 18, I got married to a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son. So, day by day, I improved myself, and today, cooking is my hobby, my passion. My husband, Mr. Kamal Sampat always supports and motivates me.
