First, gather all the ingredients. Add popcorn to a thick-bottomed pan and roast it well... transfer it to a separate plate. Now, in the same pan, heat butter and oil, then add ajmo seeds and asafoetida. Once they crackle, add chopped garlic and sauté.

Then, add moringa leaves, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste, and amchur powder, mixing everything well.
