Chicken Cheese Doritos Nachos

Marinate the boneless chicken slices with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, vinegar for about 15 mins before you start the process.

In the meantime, finely chop the onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and green chillies. You can add red/yellow bell peppers and sweet corn for added taste. Prepare them and keep aside.

After about 15-20 mins, heat a pan in low flame, add a blob of butter and add the boneless chicken strips. Let it cook from both sides, it will take about 10-12 mins in medium flame. Now add the finely chopped garlic, fry till golden brown. Now add all the chopped veggies into the same pan, and cook them along with the chicken.

Stir fry them until the veggies settle in. Add another blob of butter now (so the buttery taste overwhelms your olfactory nerves when you dig into). Add salt and black pepper powder to taste (Only if required). Keep stirring.

Squeeze 1 whole lemon into the mix. Then grate one whole cheese cube into the mix. And turn off the stove.

Plate the Doritos Nachos in a flat platter. Now pour the chicken cheese veggies mix directly from the pan to the platter over the Nachos. Add another round of grated cheese cube over the Nachos, for that extra cheese will melt in the spicy heat of the dish! Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes as per taste. Now the dish is yours to relish!
