Muskmelon Curry

Buy good ripe muskmelon. Cut into half. Remove all the seeds.

Peel it and cut it into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, jeera. Let it crackle. Add asafoetida and curry leaves. Add muskmelon pieces to the tampering and let it cook. Add salt, sugar, turmeric, chilli powder and dhaniya jeera powder. Add little water if needed.

Cook till it softens and all the spices are merged nicely. Garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy with roti or paratha.
