Ingredients

20 mins
3-4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupcrab meat
  2. 1/2 cupimitation crab
  3. Hardboiled quail eggs
  4. 1-2egg yolks beaten
  5. 1-2egg whites beaten
  6. 6 ozwhite asparagus soup
  7. 3 cupschicken stock
  8. 1 tspchicken bouillon
  9. 1.5 tbsptapioca flour mixed with 2 tbsp room temp water
  10. Dashsalt
  11. DashMSG
  12. Cilantro/green onion
  13. White/black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add in the crab meat and cook for 5 mins on low heat.

    Add in the tapioca mix slowly and stir. Add in quail eggs, egg whites, egg yolk and stir.

  3. 3

    Add in the seasonings (bouillon, salt, MSG, pepper).

  4. 4

    Add in the asparagus and cook for 5-10 mins.

  5. 5

    Serve & garnish with cilantro/green onions/ground pepper.
