Ingredients

6-8 people
  1. 1 (16 oz)box of orzo pasta
  2. 1 (15 oz)bottle of red wine vinaigrette
  3. 1/2 bottlekalamata olives
  4. 1 cupcherry tomatoes
  5. 1small cucumber
  6. 1/2of red onion
  7. 1/2 cuproasted red peppers
  8. 1/2 teaspoonGreek seasoning or salt/pepper to taste
  9. Feta cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In pot bring water with salt to boil for the orzo pasta. Cook according to instructions on box or bag.

    While orzo pasta is cooking slice tomatoes and Kalamata olives in half. Chop the cucumbers, red onions, and roasted red peppers.

    Once pasta is cooked, drain, add to mixing bowl and combine all ingredients including red wine vinaigrette. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours and enjoy.

    Garnish with feta cheese when serving (optional)
