Steps

Boil the milk and set curd of it(it will take 3-4hrs to set curd depending on weather). Take a sieve/strainer, place a mulsin cloth on it and pour the curd.

Tie it tightly and keep it in fridge for 6-7hrs to separate water from curd. Keep it on an empty bowl to collect water. Now you will get hung curd from it.

Soak saffron in hot milk for 10mins to get yellowish color. Take hung curd in a bowl, pour saffron milk over it.

Add elaichi(cardamom) powder,and powdered sugar to it.

Start mixing it. You can use whisk or electric beater to mix it. Soon it will become smooth in texture. Make sure there are no lumps. Pour into a separate vessel and refrigerate it.

Garnish with chopped almonds/pistachios and serve chilled.
