Lumaconi with minced meat in cheese sauce

Italian pasta comes in the most bizarre shapes. This is one of them. Macaroni made from durum wheat, gigantic in size. It's great to experiment with fillings and sauces. I suggest creamy cheese, and try tomato.

Steps
- 1
Boil lumakoni in boiling water until half cooked. Drain the water. Cool.
- 2
Prepare the mince. I like a mixed one, 70% beef and 30% pork. Add the onion and a couple of cloves of garlic to the mincer. Salt and season to taste.
- 3
Fill each shell tightly with minced meat. Place the pasta in a baking dish.
- 4
Dilute the ready cheese sauce with boiling water to the required volume. Pour the pasta so that it is completely covered with sauce.
- 5
Cover the pan tightly with foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- 6
Serve hot.
- 7
And you can also have it in tomato sauce! 😁
