Steps

Take curd in a soup strainer to drain out the excess water. Keep it in the fridge for overnight.

As water drains take it out from fridge and transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add powder sugar and milk powder in it and mix well.

Than add pista essence and green food colour in it and again mix well. Sprinkle some roasted pista on it and enjoy it with puri.
