Steps

Wash all the vegetables and cut into medium cubes

Keep a pressure cooker, add butter, and add whole spices and onion, chopped garlic and fry until light brown

Now add tomato puree, chilli powder, garam masala and stir until combined well

Now add vegetables and fry in medium flame for 5 min and add chilli sauce, 1tbs oil and fry another 5 min

Now add 3/4 cup of water, mix and close the lid, After the 1st whistle reduce flame completely and cook for 6min min
- 6
When you open, just mash 4 pieces potato, mix well and serve hot with white rice, roti, chapathi etc.,
